- Readiness check and summary form: your name, email address, company, next ISO audit date, and your answers to the readiness check questions.
- Booking a review: your name, email address and anything you add to the booking form, plus the time you choose.
- Email and phone: whatever you include when you contact us directly.
- Basic technical data: our website platform and its service providers automatically log standard information such as browser type, pages visited and IP address, and may use cookies to run the site and its forms.
How we use it
- To send you your readiness summary and follow-up emails about the ISO 9001:2026 transition.
- To schedule and hold your readiness review, and to prepare for it.
- To respond to your questions and, if you engage us, to deliver our services.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted service providers to run the website and our communications. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Systeme.io: website hosting, forms, contact records, email and booking calendar.
- Google: calendar, video meetings (Google Meet) and web fonts.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Emails and your choices
- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us by email to stop contacting you.
- You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing tom@hobbsolutions.com. We will respond within 30 days.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as forms, may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep contact information while we have an active relationship or you remain subscribed, and delete it on request unless we must keep it for legal, tax or contractual reasons.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
California residents
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law. Our website does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
